A family beach cottage just off the bay in North Mission Beach. Single family, detached house. Completely remodeled with granite counters, stainless appliances, dishwasher, washer/dryer, surfboard/bike storage, nice front deck with BBQ. Jetted bathtub in one bathroom and a large shower in the other.
Nicely decorated, there is a queen bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a queen sized sleeper-sofa in the living room.
Cable TV and high-speed Internet. Hot/cold outside shower. One parking space in back of the house that can accommodate a large SUV.
This home is located on Queenstown Court in the shopping and restaurant district known as 'Old Mission Beach', half way between Crystal Pier and Belmont Park. Queenstown Court is only about 500 feet long -- a 20 second walk to Mission Bay and 2 minute walk to the ocean. This part of the beach is less crowded than the Crystal Pier and Belmont Park areas. To the west is the surf and lifeguard tower #18 and to the east is Santa Clara Point with a no-wave swimming area, kid's playground, basketball courts, and great views of Sea World's fireworks.

We're Ed and Cheryl Nodland. Cheryl is a San Diego native and grew up at the beach just blocks from our vacation house. This is our only vacation rental and have entrusted 710BR to manage it as if it were their home. We know how important your vacation is to you and we make sure you won't be disappointed with your choice of lodging.
This house is in a great location. Though it's just steps from restaurants and shopping in the 'Old Mission Beach' business district, the house is tucked into a court so you don't get the noise or traffic.
The house has been completely remodeled. The floorplan is very efficient, providing plenty of space for a great family vacation.
The biggest benefit is that this is a house, not a condo or apartment. You're not sharing walls or a patio or deck with anyone else.
It's a 15 second walk to sailing on beautiful Mission Bay and a 2 minute walk to one of the best surfing beaches in Southern California.
