This old winegrower's house is typical of the island, and is ideally located for family holidays or holidays with friends by the sea. Fully renovated, you will be charmed by this traditional house built in 1900 which has retained its exposed beams, tomettes, original walls and stone fire-place. This 86 m2 house can accommodate six people in its two bedrooms with a double bed in one and two double beds in the other. There is also a mezzanine above the living room and a cot is available if you need it. The house benefits from all modern comforts with a fully equipped kitchen and household appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, two vacuum-cleaners and ironing equipment). There are ventilators, so can feel comfortable whatever the temperature. Make the most of the sunny patio, and rest in comfort on a sun-lounger. Relaxation time ensured! You will have convivial meals in the shade of the parasol thanks to the garden furniture.

To bathe in the Atlantic Ocean, it is very simple, you only have to walk 100 m to La Pallice beach. As the sea is so close, you can go in it whenever you want to. It is the perfect opportunity to try watersports such as jet-skiing, surfing, windsurfing and diving. The natural preserved environment will provide you with unforgettable walks, admiring the coast and rare birds. If you are into it, you can fish or hunt small wild game. You can walk to the town-centre with its shops and restaurants, which is very practical. You can shop and savour the local gastronomy based on fish and seafood! For a fun evening, go to the disco! If you wish to visit historical monuments, we recommend the Abbaye des Chàteliers 2 km away.
