The property is located off Old Lake Wilson Road, adjacent to the 192 resort area of Kissimmee. Interstate 4 is two miles away, making Windsor Hills 4 miles from Disney, Disney's wide world of sport complex is close by, the town home is 12 miles from Universal (10 minutes) and 9 miles from Seaworld (8 minutes). Within the resort of Windsor Hills, you have free use of the lagoon style water park with beach style entry. Fountains, water slides, spa, separate toddler's pool, Table tennis, sand volley ball courts, basket ball as well as children's playground on premises. The club house has billiard tables, video games, shop, and fitness room. There is a surround sound movie theater. The home has been tastefully furnished, is professionally managed, with all linens and towels provided. The beds are made up for your arrival. General layout of the townhome: WE HAVE ADDED HIGHSPEED WIRELSS INTERNET IN THE UNIT!!!. The property has 3 bedrooms, all en suite. Two bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom has king bed and walk in closet, cable TV with DVD. The bathroom is en suite with tub/shower plus vanity. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, TV, with full bath, and the third bedroom on the ground level has a Queen bed and is also en suite with walk in shower. The home has a fully fitted kitchen with upgraded appliances. There is a breakfast bar with stools (2) for relaxed dining, plus dining table and 6 chairs with a view of the splash pool. The living area is spacious, with a pull out sofa bed, cable TV, DVD Video, and radio with CD player. The triple patio sliding doors open out on to your own paved pool deck that is fully screened with privacy wall. Our splash pool is on a 15 x 15 paved deck patio, fully screened and can be heated in the cooler periods. A small table plus chairs allow you to relax out by the pool.

Activities in the area.: The property has it's own washer and dryer for your use and has a private driveway, with extra parking nearby. A pack and play crib is included in the rental. Other activities in the area include mini golf, visit Old Town, where you will find amusement rides, shopping and dining, plus the famous Saturday night classic car parade. Visit Down Town Disney Market Place, Pleasure Island (night spot and movies). The Orlando Premier Outlet Mall, Florida Mall, and Mall of Millennia. For golf, visit the newly opened Champions gate designed by Greg Norman, or play one of the Walt Disney World golf courses. Tampa is a 1/2 hour drive. Visit Busch Gardens, St. Petersburg or Clearwater ( 1 1/2 hr) . On the east coast, Cocoa Beach, Melbourne and Kennedy Space center are a 1 hour drive. Dream Vacation

My husband and self just returned from a week in this beautiful townhouse and are already planning to go back to this home or try another by this company. Home was very clean and vicinity of resort the best. There was just the two of us in this spacious home, but used one bedroom for souvineers we bought and had all the room we needed. The resort is beautiful and everyone there couldn't have been nicer. Wish our grandkids could have come as originally planned because they would have never left the resort pool or playground. As a couple, our own private spa pool was wonderful. The temperature of the pool was 90 to 95, and was so relaxing after a day of walking and touring. Coming from Michigan that was getting 6 inches of snow as we left...this was a real treat for us. As I said, we hated to leave and are already asking Michelle for help in booking again for next year and for info on staying for 3 months at a time when we retire in a few years. Windsor Hills and the company Michelle works for are very helpful, willing to go the extra mile, and honest. Ron and Laura, Carleton, Michigan

Perfect family vacation home

We stayed on Otterspool in Windsor Hills from Jan 27-Feb 5, 2010. My in-laws stayed in the room on the main floor and my husband, 2 yr old son and I used the two rooms upstairs. We also had a car. They were doing a lot of work on the outside of the houses while we were there but it never interfered with our day.
The house was very clean and only a 5 min walk to the clubhouse/ pool and playground.
The weather didn't affect us as we had paid to heat the pool and swam in it everyday- actually only used the main pool on one day. Having our own plunge pool was one of the best parts of the house and our vacation.
Drive to Disney World Drive was less than 5 mins.
Reading other reveiws did help as were were prepared to bring our own toilet paper, paper towel etc. Sundry shop at clubhouse sells soap etc but we made a trip to Target about 5-10 mins drive away.
We were able to visit some part of Disney almost everyday as we were so close. We also drove out to Melbourne Beach one day- about 1.5 hour drive.
Overall, a great vacation and the perfect home for us. The price is excellent. Having a car did make getting around and getting supplies much easier. We would definitely book this home again through Behlor Realty- Michelle was great to deal with.

Central Florida in the fall.

This unit was an excellent value for the rental rate. We had stayed in a different unit in the past, so we knew what to expect from the resort.

We chose to have the splash pool heated, and as it turned out, two of the nights set record lows. The temperature of the pool water was superb!

This unit could use just a little care...Batteries were dead in the remotes. Lamps were broken, or had no bulbs.

A couple of recommendations to make the unit even nicer: Ceiling fans for the bedrooms. Wireless internet in the unit.
Recommended for:  Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
Owner's Response: The owner will consider the internet, at present families use the wireless from the club house or pick up a signal by the unit. The lamps work off the wall switch or off the lamp, so it may be that the you need to be sure the switch is in the correct position, it has caught me out a few times. We will add some spare bulbs and replace the batteries.

We had a great time at Windsor Hills Resort. The town house was beautiful, spacious, clean and close to all the
