Ocean Forest Plaza is among some of the most beautiful serene beaches in the Grand Strand. Located in a quiet residential area it is the perfect place for a getaway, yet not too far away from all that the area has to offer. Beach access is quick and easy, directly across a small residential street. Soak up the sun all day on the beach and then make your way to the pool to enjoy a quick snack at the poolside grill and enjoy the sounds of the DJ. The property has ample free parking, 3 elevators, an indoor pool, whirlpool and outdoor pool. Unit has a private balcony with beautiful views of the shoreline, cable TV and fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and microwave. Looking for something more to do than lazing away on the beach? You'll find plenty of fun right around the corner at places like Jungle Safari, Family Kingdom Amusement Park and Family Kingdom Water Park. Enjoy a wide array of shopping and entertainment.

The condo seemed quite modest at first sight but ended up being just what we needed--it was indeed quiet (we were on the 18th floor, which meant we were well above any street noise but had a great view of the ocean and loved hearing the ocean waves all day long). Not a lot of amenities for kids (it has 2 modest-sized pools but not a lazy river, playground, etc.)--this was fine for us and kept the place quieter! What we liked was closeness to the beach and the price was right, too. I would say that calling this a "sleeps 6" condo is pushing it--there are 2 double beds in the bedroom and a sleep-sofa in the common living room/kitchen, so actually it is really best for 2 people with maybe a kid or two at most. There are plenty of restaurants a short drive away and there is a grocery store just 2 blocks from the condo. Overall, we enjoyed it and would come again!
