The Village of Blanes is one of the oldest and more typical ones of Costa Brava. Originally a fishermen Village it has the main fishing harbour of Costa Brava. Many shops, great restaurants, amazing colourful food market (mainly fish, fruit and vegetables) every day. It has also a very long white sandy beach and many small romantic beaches reachable by TAXI BOAT (between 10 and 20 minutes). Water quality is consistently rated TOP by the European Environmental Comission. Access to Blanes is very easy. From Barcelona Airport (EASYJET) you can reach Blanes either by Motorway (45 minutes)or by Direct train (1h 30 Minutes). The train costs only 3 Pounds per person and is very convenient. From Girona Airport (RYANAIR) you can reach Blanes by motorway (30 Minutes). A taxi from Girona Airport to the Apartment costs about £30.
