- Very spacious home and very comfortable. 2 dishwasher, steam oevn, microwave, warning drawers, induction cooktop, gaz cooktop, side by side Refr. 2nd refr. oven, disposal. Glass-doors which are full-access sliding and retractable.

- Possibility to put 4 children's mattresses.

- Sheets and towels (1 per person) are only provided for the 5 double beds. Thank you to foresee the complement for your childrens.

Interior large tables (14 people), external large table (14 people). Full hifi audio system. Large hamocks.

- A concierge service is at your disposal to answer your questions and will contact you for the handing over of the keys.

Quand le manque d'entretien et maintenance vient gâcher la promesse de vacances idylliques.

Magnifique maison spacieuse qui fut luxueuse et bien équipée, mais dont la grandeur passée est ternie par les déficiences du ménage, de l’entretien et de la maintenance. Les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur de l'annonce. Nous avons remonté une longue liste de problèmes, nous espérons qu'ils seront réglés pour les futurs vacanciers (mais nous n'avons pas reçu de réponse).

Outre la maison qui est immense et idéale pour une réunion familiale et entre amis … Le service d accueil de la conciergerie « ze Rochelle » a été optimal et adorable !!! Je recommande fortement cette location. En tous points

Fab Holiday!

A beautifully designed, well-equipped, clean villa. Although we were a party of 8 adults, the villa was very roomy and spacious with a lovely pool and made an ideal base for exploring this region. The gas barbeque prevented us from eating out on many an occasion and the owners were extremely welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend a visit.

25 minutes from La Rochelle and Ile de Ré. 15 minutes from Venise Verte. The property offers a very quiet and secure environment for large families with kids. It is possible to add electrically gonflables mattresses for kids.
