Our house is a 3 minute walk to the world famous Siesta Key Beach. It is located on a cul-de-sac which overlooks Siesta Key. Spacious 2200 sq ft with an open floor plan. Designer decorated and newly remodeled with all new furniture. The master bedroom suite offers a full bath, walk in closet and queen size bed, dresser, night stand and TV. Second bedroom has a queen size bed, large closet, dresser and night stand. Third bedroom offers a daybed for reading or additional sleeping. Second bathroom has a large vanity and soaking tub. The fully equipped kitchen offers all new appliances, granite counter tops and a wine bar. Living room is equipped with a large sectional, satellite TV, DVD and VHS. Beautifully accented deck with gas grill and dining area. Inviting and sunny heated in-ground pool with patio, 2-car garage,six bicycles for riding on the beach and a putting green to boot!

Truly a Pleasureable Stay Can't wait to come back!

Our family can't say enough positive things about our stay! The house was clean, well furnished and very comfortable and in a perfect location for easy access to the beach and shopping. The backyard pool was private and we made great use of the deck and Bar-be-que grill. Even our dog Teddy felt at home. Bob, Jack and Cindy couldn't have been more hospitable. We have no doubt that on our return to Siesta Key we will stay in this house because it felt some much like our home away from home.

CHEAPER AND MORE ROOM THAN A LUXURY HOTEL!

This was my first time renting a house on my vacation!

We saved alot of money by eating at the house. The owner

has everything you need at the house. Close to the beach!

Bob the Owner was hands on. Very professional? Jack the

caretaker hands on as well. We hope to rent from him in the

future.

Like a home away from home

The place was nicer than we thought- I guess the Internet pictures just don't do it justice. The accommodations were simply great. At times it felt just like home; comfortable, roomy, with all the amenities we could have asked for in vacation getaway. Even our dog (Buddy) seemed very much at ease and restful (I think he enjoyed the cool tile floors after those walks in the heat!). The fenced in backyard was an added bonus for having a pet.

The pool was clean and never had a chemical smell to it. Even in the mid-day heat it was refreshing to jump in and cool off for a spell. The privacy afforded by the place was beyond compare. I don't think we saw any of the neighbors but a few times throughout our week-long stay.

The house was beautiful! We were greeted by a gentleman named Jack who was very informative and offered his assistance with any needs we had during our stay, even the pool guy was great. We have been multiple places on vacation but this stay was the best. The owner Bob has out done himself.

I recently visited Florida with a group of friends and had the pleasure of staying in this lovely rental. Very clean, all of the amenties of home, well maintained property and pool. I was very pleased to see that it's just a short 5 minute bike ride to the beach, 2 minute car ride. Location was key in what we were looking for. We were able to rent Kayaks right down the road, take in the sights, shop, experience the local fare and just relax. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for something private, other than a hotel. The owner was a pleasure to deal with, very informative and helpful. Highly recommended, I rate our stay a 10+.
