Great house and location

We usually visit Fountain Hills once a year and rent a condo. This year we decided to rent a house. The property was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The location was close to the playground, fountain, lake and downtown Fountain Hills. We enjoyed the sunset from the backyard patio and saw some of the local wildlife (bunnies, birds and javelina's). We loved taking a boat tour on Saguaro lake which is about 20 minutes away, walking around the Fountain, eating outside at some of the local restaurants and takings day trips to downtown Phoenix and Scottsdale. This is a quiet and relaxing community.

Truly a Sunny Retreat!

This place is exactly what the description says, a comfortable home in a great location, and the rental process was so easy! The manager sent us a map with driving directions from the Phoenix airport. She met us at the house and showed us around, answered all of our questions about the town, grocery shoppy, restaurants, you name it! (She even came over when we had trouble figuring out how to run the DVD player, helped us get everything situated and wrote out the instructions in case we needed it for another time.)
I can't say enough how wonderful it was to stay in this lovely home and enjoy the sunshine. It was very clean, and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the little touches like having the kitchen stocked with coffee, filters, and a full spice rack since I wanted to be able to cook some meals in. (Just a few meals in save alot more than you realize - plus you can always have breakfast in your pjs or relax with dinner in front of the TV!)

We'll be back to stay again for sure!

Just like home!

We've rented a condo or apartment in the Phoenix area for a month each winter the last 4 years. I didn't think we needed a house this time, but since we were planning on friends and family visiting we decided to rent this property.

Now, I don't want to go back to a small, cramped condo! Having a garage was wonderful and the additional space, privacy and quiet was absolutely worth the extra expense (which really wasn't that much - just $300 or so).

I generally bring alot of my own supplies, iron, kitchen items, etc. because often properties don't have everything as advertised, and I end up needing something, especially in the kitchen or bathrooms. I was pleasantly surprised with how accurate the photos/description was and how well the house was stocked, including cleaning supplies, paper products, plastic food storage, extra light bulbs and even travel size soaps/shampoo/lotion, thoughtfully provided in each bathroom. We settled in and felt at home right away.

I would recommend for anyone who is planning a stay in Arizona for a week or more. Enjoy the extra space and all the comforts of home1

This vacation was one of the best we've ever had. I think staying in a home versus a hotel made the difference. It was so convenient to be able to wash clothes, put the car in the garage, have quick breakfast or make a sandwich rather than going out for every meal - not to mention how much money that saved.

The house was lovely, very comfortable and didn't seem to be missing anything. We did have one problem (the smoke detector started beeping and the ceiling was too high to reach without a ladder) but the property manager came over right away and replaced the batteries in all the detectors, just to make sure none of the others would start beeping and bother us.

We would definitely recommend this property and hope to return again ourselves.

Great House - Great Vacation!

Golf in the morning, cocktails and a BBQ on the back patio for dinner this is in December! What could be better?

This house lovely, very comfortable and has a great southwestern feel. The kitchen had everything, and I loved the master bedroom suite with it's own balcony where I enjoyed reading with a cup of coffee almost every morning. It was quiet and private with wonderful mountain views.

I would recommend this property to anyone visiting in the Phoenix area. It's just a few minutes into Scotsdale and easily accessable from the Phoenix airport. (You will want a car to get around.) Fountain Hills is a beautiful town. You can walk to the fountain or to shops and restaurants in the small town center area. We really loved the atmosphere. There are several nice golf courses close by also.
