The Worst!

The condition of this home was horrible! It was filthy dirty,
and invested with fleas. We spent the first 3 days cleaning. When we got there, the cupboards were filled with open food packages and bugs. The silverware drawer had bugs and some type of droppings in it. Everything had to be sanitized. There was even mold on the (broken) toilet seat. We had to scrape a quarter inch of dust off the glass top tables, before we could even wash them. The microwave barely worked, the phone didn't work, the advertised internet availability, wasn't available, and we had to change filters for the air conditioning to work properly. But, the worst of all, were the fleas! We were covered with bites, and miserable. Find another place to stay - this one was horrible!!!
Owner's Response: I have rented this property for at least 10 years and never had a negative response like this. The renters met with me when they arrived at the house I spent an hour showing them all the features rooms etc there was ample time for them to decide if they wanted to stay or not
and they had no complaints whatsoever in fact these
complaints where made one week after they arrived to their home in Michigan, They where told there is no
telephone at the house and they did not sanitize anything, It alla story they even claimed they vaccumed the place?
Two days before their arrival I stayed at the house I did not see any fleas, the Air conditioner worked fine and they kept their windows open because of the cool weather.
Yes there are mosquitoes outside
What I can not understand is why did they not call me while they where there? I only live 50 minutes away they had cellulars and they told me they did not need a telephone. they did not move to another hotel and now they want refunds ? Sorry
I have a tenant there 14 days now and he loves it I also contacted prior tenants and they are all happy and returning they will gladly give you a different story.
90 % percent of my tenants are repeat customers some have been there 6 times or more.
