House, 5 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 3 Baths, (Sleeps 10-12)

Deam home in they keys is one of the very few legal weekly rentals in Islamorada. It is a 4000 square foot home on water with heated Pool. Located in an exclusive area of all waterfront homes. This immaculate two-story home offers a luxurious and very private setting. Ryan's place has 5 large bedrooms and three baths. Equipped with four king beds, one queen bed, two queen sofa sleepers, a futon and four singles. All top quality mattresses. All down beddering and sheets 800 or higher. Both the down stairs and up stairs have tv and dvd. Three of the bedrooms have TV's. The kitchen is extremely spacious and well-equipped.

The screened verandah overlooks the pool and water area filled with blooming tropical landscaping. The veranda has two seating areas and a large teak table that can extend to 10 feet and seat 10 comfortably. Just a sliding glass door from the kitchen. Windows and sliding glass doors make up most of the house providing the feeling of living at one with the tropics.

The outdoor entertainment area is complete with heated pool, barbecue grill, outdoor shower, and 100 foot of dock space on deep natural, crystal clear canal which is right at channel two.

And of course home has COMMERCIAL ICE MACHINE and bait freezer. Beautiful Tiki Hut to enjoy our wonderful weather.

Better late then never....I promised Bridget a review. What a great experience. The house was everything we had hoped for and more. The location was perfect just 2 blocks from the main highway but tucked away from traffic and noise. The house was immaculate and cozy. The pool was heated to 90* when we arrived and the water was sparkling clear. Great amenities, pool toys, fishing equipment, even a joggers baby stroller.
The home is on a canal that's protected from the wind but only 2 minutes to open water by boat. The only improvement I would recommend is to install a privacy fence along the driveway by the pool. Bridget has a charming personality and she tries to be as helpful and accommodating as possible without getting in the way. I would definitely recommend the property and I'd love to return in the future.

Ms. Bridget is fantastic first of all and the second is the place is beautiful, plenty of space for the biggest of family's. Bring your boat!! We did and this home accommodated wonderfully! Great fish cleaning station in the shade as well! Awesome place. Look no further

o work and talOur group of 10 arrived and when we walked into this home we were all in awe. This home is absolutely gorgeous and comfortable. It is every bit as large, spacious and comfy, fun and pretty as stated by the owner. I believe, by our families standards, it could have been a bit cleaner. The maid service does not get into the corners, they seem to hit the high spots and for such a gorgeous home it is a distraction. I certainly didn't feel uncomfortable staying there because of it. We just cleaned what we could and went on with our business. I would HIGHLY recommend home to EVERYONE. I t was everything and more than I expected. The owner is so easy to work and talk with. We all enjoyed ourselves tremdously and would come back again anytime. Thank you Bridget for a great time. You have a great home!!!!!!!

I rented this home for my husband's 50th birthday. This property is exactly like the photos. No surprises. Plenty of room for kids to have downstairs and adults enjoying the awesome wrap around screened porch. We brought our boat and docked it out back in the protected canal. We fished, snorkeled, and wakeboarded every day. Pool in yard, walk to beach, close to Robbies!!! We LOVED this home so much we cannot wait to schedule it for next year. Thanks.

Great vacation home

We just finished our week at this house with our 10 guests (2 families of 5), and thoroughly enjoyed it. Plenty of space in this house - especially for kids to play. Although we were mostly outside in the pool or fishing from the dock, the one day we had some rain, all 6 of the kids were still happy to play inside. The pictures of this house don't do it justice in my opinion - rooms are decent sized, kitchen is big, nice large screened in patio, and lots of open living space inside, especially on the 1st floor.
Very clean and well kept home in a nice quiet neighborhood. No complaints!!
