Imagine waking up to the sounds of gentle waves gliding merely feet from your front door. Enjoy your morning coffee watching sailboats cascade under the Jamestown and Newport Bridges. If you feel the urge, walk ten steps and launch your own jet ski or kayak into Narragansett Bay on Little Beach’s launch ramp. Or, waste the day relaxing at one of the many Narragansett beaches. Little Beach is directly located in front of house and Kelly is 1 mile away. Shuttles to Kelly come every 10 minutes on weekends. For some entertainment and sightseeing, Newport is only a 15 minute drive and if you just want to see the beach, Narragansett and Scarborough are a short ride. This 2 bedroom (sleeps four) oceanfront property includes basic cable, washer, dryer, gas grill with new patio and furniture, central air, and all utilities. This first floor rental is available weekly/summer, or the academic year, it is 15 minutes from URI.
