Our 1 bedroom, 2nd floor condo is quite spacious and has been recently updated to please all. The setting is on the 6th fairway with just a short stroll to the beach. The interior flows from kitchen to living room to screened lanai. The master bedroom accesses the vanity/dressing area privately. It is furnished with a two twin beds (king conversion kit available) and has it’s own TV and ceiling fan. There is a queen sleep sofa and love seat in the living room. This area also includes a TV, stereo/CD player, and ceiling fan. The kitchen is amply stocked with dishes, cookware, linens, stemware, and serving pieces. Updated appliances include microwave, full-size stove/oven, refrigerator w/ice maker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and full-size washer/dryer. The screened lanai is the ultimate for relaxation. It is set apart from living area with sliding glass doors and also has a ceiling fan. Bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, games, etc. are all included. Come and enjoy.
Ocean Village Resort & Amenities: Ocean Village is a true “hidden jewel” on So. Hutchinson Isl.! The oceanfront location, extensive amenities, and spacious grounds set it apart. You can choose 9 hole par 3 golf course (Free off-seas/ $3 season), 10 tennis courts, 3 pools PLUS kiddie pool, hot tub, bocce, shuffleboard, clubhouse/library, organized card games, exercise/sauna, and plenty of walking paths. No need to leave Ocean Village. Locally, there is a good pizza/Italian shop that delivers to your door.
Area Amenities: The Intracoastal Waterway lies between island and mainland. Visit some marinas, charter fishing trip, rent pontoon boats, join kayaking expeditions, or fish off jetty. The possibilities are endless. For shopping, there are at least 3 major malls w/in easy driving distance. Ft. Pierce and surrounding towns now boast vibrant villages with great shops and restaurants. Some favorites are Vero Beach, Jensen Beach, and Stuart. For excursions W. Palm Beach, Disney World, Kennedy Space Center, Universal Studios, and Lake Okeechobee are easy day trips.
Hutchinson Island Area Attractions: The Hutchinson Island area is rich with offerings, too. There is never a lack of great, local golf courses, marine and oceanographic facilities to explore like the Navy Seal Museum, Gilbert Bar House of Refuge-Life Saving Station, Manatee Observation Center, Harbor Branch Oceanographic Institute, or evening excitement like Ft. Pierce Jai-Alai.
