The condo is situated on the first floor with adjacent parking and has a private entrance. The unit sleeps 4 to 6 people. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a full bathroom. Amenities include a cable TV with a VCR and DVD player, a fireplace and a wooded deck for barbecuing and lounging. With the Winter Park Ski Resort nearby and the Rocky Mountain National Park just a good pebble toss away, Winter Park, Colorado is a year- round playground. Great Owners....poor neighbors

The condo was clean and exactly as described. I didn't expect to have to deal with the neighbors smoking and drinking. This activity made us leave a day early, but the owner was very nice and refunded my money for the day that I didn't stay.
Owner's Response: The owner of the condo, along with the condo association, addressed the matter and the tenants next door no longer resides there.
