Perfect location on Commercial St but set far enough back that it's very private and quiet. The condo was very clean with a beautiful view. We loved sitting on the lounges on the beach or just enjoying the view from the deck or living room. We never even made it to Herring Cove or Race Point because we loved our place so much! Even our dog, Honey was pampered with a water bowl outside on the deck and a cookie jar filled with dog biscuits. Would definitely stay again! Recommended Restaurants: Jimmy's Hideaway, The (Squealing) Pig

We arrived to a very clean condo which was exactly as pictured. We brought our Golden and she loved every minute. The condo was very "Dog Friendly" including her own towels, dining ware, treats and toys.
They were receptive to our request for an earlier check in.
The location is perfect, we never used our car...walked to everything incluiding the supermarket.
We brought our Kayaks and used them every day...kayaking right off the beach in front of the house...if you don't have your own Flyers is a VERY short walk up the beach for rentals.
We have already booked for 2010.
This is a great place that is well taken care of.
Laura and Lisa's attention to detail and their thoughfullness made this visit a very special one.

This waterfront condo has everything you could possibly want - A+ location, killer view (which can even be enjoyed from the bedroom), private deck, Weber grill, comfortable beach chairs, Bose radio w/ Ipod connector, and a generous kitchen. We found the unit to be surprisingly quiet and private despite being in a densely built neighborhood near center of town. The place was immaculate upon our arrival. Lisa and Laura were helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We can't wait to return.

We arrived to a clean and lovely condo. A welcome flower arrangement was on the table. This location has everything! One problem only, and that was dealt with immediately. Steps to the beach; steps to the main street. Friendly neighbours. We enjoyed this condo and would recommend it to anyone. Didn't bring our dog, but we could have. Very quiet location during the week; other owners arrived for the weekend. Great restaurants within walking distance. Went for a sail on the Bay Lady II at the MacMillan Wharf. Walked to the Stop & Shop for groceries. Drove to the beach on the Atlantic side (need a $15 daily parking pass to access the beaches - purchased at the Visitor's Center or the parking attendant). Commercial Street is always busy with pedestrians and cars who dare to try and pass through. Terrific location, very clean, a little cosy for 3 - excellent for 2, walk-in shower, stackable laundry, full size kitchen appliances, wireless, great view of the changing tides.

A perfect retreat !

My Sweetheart and I stayed here for a couple days in early May and it was perfect. The condo is situated right in the heart of everything. If you walk out the front door, all of the one-of-a-kind shops, and restaurants are close within walking distance. If you step out the back door, the beach and waterfront are yours to enjoy. One day was sunny, and so we walked on the beach, and barbecued steaks on the BBQ on the deck. The next day was overcast, and so we stayed in, put the stereo on, turned on the fireplace, played games, and enjoyed the lovely view. The neighbors were quite warm and welcoming, and Lisa herself popped by to make sure we had everything. Thank You Lisa ! This was my first visit to Provincetown, but I am sure that I will return to this haven on the Cape.
