The perfect setting for your beach vacation this Oceanside townhouse is located on the best beach in Bethany just south of Indian River Inlet and backing up to the beautiful Delaware Seashore State Park. A wide private beach is adjacent to the park and just a few steps from your door. This four level beach house includes two rear decks with views of the ocean and the park and a front deck overlooking the common area. First floor efficiency sleeps up to four and has a small kitchenette and bathroom. The second level has a remodeled full kitchen, living room and dining room as well as a bathroom. Third level includes a bathroom and two small bunk rooms that sleep up to six. The master bedroom is on the top floor and has a separate deck. Includes an outdoor shower and parking for up to four cars. The common area has tennis courts, a playground for kids and a large covered gazebo that can be used for cookouts or crab feasts.

Relax on the beach and play in the surf or enjoy a wide variety of other activities. A 15 minute drive north takes you to Rehobeth Beach where you will find movie theaters, amusement rides, water slides, miniature golf and tax-free outlet shopping galore. A few minutes south is the Town of Bethany Beach with its small-town feel and quaint stores and restaurants. Or, if you want more action, head 20 minutes further south and visit Ocean City, Maryland and its three miles of world-famous Boardwalk and vibrant night life. Championship golf courses, charter fishing, boat rentals and jet skis are all available in the surrounding area. With so much to offer in seashore recreation you'll find fun in the sun for the whole family.

Had a great Labor Day week!

Spent the week after labor day here with a group of guys, it was great! Just steps away from the beach, which was incredible. Spent late nights either on the beach, or out on the town.. I had a great expericence, and all the guys would say the same. Looking forward to next year!

This townhome was the perfect place to stay for my week vacation. I am 23 years old, so I was looking for a place where I can have a great beach location (a very short walk) and fun things to do at night (ocean city was a short drive, and dewey was even closer). This home satisfied both. I had a great time, and the house was great. Plenty of places to sleep,

,The house was spacious, well maintained and in a great location. Plenty of places to sleep and comfortable beds! Short drive into town, also easily done on a bike. Plus the beach is wide clean, nice waves. Stayed with a big group and we all had a great time! Would do it again in a second, owner was very easy to deal with, mine was a last minute rental and it worked out better than I could have hoped. Mariette + 12!
