A+++ We loved this apartment!!!

My two friends and I absolutely loved staying here! We left the husbands at home for a fun spring break week of shopping, site seeing, and soaking up the history. The apartment is perfectly located in a posh neighborhood, so we always felt safe. It's well known that this is the BEST neighborhood in Athens. The apartment is well appointed and clean. On one of our day trips out, we bought a big basket of oranges because we'd noticed that we had an orange juicer in the apartment. Fresh squeezed orange juice every morning! The apartment's within walking distance of a major metro stop and one of the tourist bus stops; a wonderful bakery, with crazy late hours and a friendly baker, is right downstairs; a fun coffee shop with great sandwiches is across the street; ATMs are close; and a fabulous Friday market is held just a five minute walk away. If you're an olive lover, that market is heaven. Don't miss taking a leisurely stroll through the neighborhood. Art galleries, shops, and restaurants are all right there. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the apartment, made even bigger by a wonderful balcony where we enjoyed happy hour and people watching. The owner's nephew was there to meet us right on time, so we experienced a "no-stress" move in. He explained how everything worked, and then left his number for us in case we needed anything else. He made us feel welcome and completely comfortable. I've rented apartments all over the world, and I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Athens. It's all as promised, and then some. You won't be disappointed. Once you've experienced apartment life on vacation, you'll never be happy in a hotel again. Booking this apartment is less expensive than a hotel and much, much, much better.

Owner's Response: Thank you so very much for your kind review. I am sorry I missed meeting you, that is one of the best parts of renting -- meeting great folks from around the world. I know my nephew enjoys it as much as I do. Happy Hour has been a ritual on that balcony for years. Cheers! Denise
