Located in the prestigious Canada Hills Estates directly on the El Conquistador Golf Course in Oro Valley, this home offers luxury, privacy and great views. Backyard abuts the golf course with scenic views through iron fencing (not cement block). Santa Catalina Mountain vistas at both at the front and the back of the home in a cul-de-sac setting.
Private heated pool, gas BBQ, dining for six and fire pit make this backyard a desert oasis.
Home has two master suites with private baths. Bedrooms three and four share another full bath.

El Conquistador Cañada Course Quick Summary: The Four-star, Four-diamond Hilton Tucson El Conquistador Golf & Tennis Resort offers forty-five holes of golf in Oro Valley (north Tucson). The resort is located on the western slope of the Santa Catalina Mountains, about 2,000 feet below Pusch Ridge. The Cañada and Conquistador courses each offer 18 holes of golf. The Pusch Ridge course offers an additional nine. Anyone up for 45 holes of golf? You know where to go. The most interesting part of the different courses is the distinctive look and feel they offer while maintaining an overall cohesiveness. The Cañada course, named after the Cañada del Oro wash, offers desert-style golf that takes full advantage of the terrain. The Conquistador Course offers a more traditional style of golf, but still takes advantage of the rolling, desert terrain. The 9 hole Pusch Ridge Course climbs and descends very mountainous terrain and offers many elevation changes.
