Year round sporting activities include skiing, skating, X-C, sleigh rides in the winter and fishing, hiking, cycling and golf, tennis and croquet at the Woodstock Country Club in summer. Indoor activities at the Health & Fitness Center are available year-round. Walk to the Historical Society, Marsh Billings Rockefeller National Historic Park and the Billings Farm & Museum, or take a historic walking tour of the village. Movies and concerts at the Town Hall, and shopping, restaurants, galleries and churches are all in walking distance. Special events include parades, Wassail Weekend in December, and Chili Cook-off and Apples and Craft Fair in the Fall. Something for everyone, year round!

Wonderful New Years Eve!

We had a great stay at Cathy's condo over New Years Eve. My husband and I and another couple had a comfortable stay - Cathy really does provide every amenity that you could think of (down to coffee and sugar). The condo is flipped with sleeping rooms on the bottom and the living space upstairs - which actually works out well because there is so much natural light in the upper half. We had 2 cars since we were coming from different locations so that proved a little challenging parking wise but we ended up finding a spot in the square for the 2nd car (a small car fits comfortably in the spot that comes with the space). The condo is no more that a 5 minute walk into town which is great for shopping and dining. Would highly recommend this condo to families or couples. We look forward to going back again in the future!

Cozy ski Condo!

What a cozy place!! I've been up to Woodstock a number of times, as well as a few other ski destinations, have never been more comfortable!! This condo was perfect, all the great amenities and coziness as if I was staying at a friends house!! Extra slippers if you needed them, soft towels, plenty of room to lounge around or stretch out to read a book, plenty of pots and pans to make a nice meal (how many of us have run into only having 1-2 pans at a rental??!!), and all the other great amenities of being in ski country!! Walking distance to town was great when we wanted to have a few glasses of wine without driving back. Cathy was great, timely in her response and even let us check out a little bit late because she didn't have a renter coming in. We will be back!! A+++

We have been going to Woodstock for the last few years for an extended family reunion and finally found the perfect accomadations for our immediate family. We have stayed at the Woodstock Inn and various B&B's in the area and now need to look no further. This condo is bright and airy, extremely clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is fully outfitted to comfortably cook meals. The beds were very comfortable and unlike many rentals included nice linens and towels. With two children in tow it was such a perk to have a waher and dryer. The location is a quick walk to downtown. All in all...a great value for a great place. We will be back !

Great condo, clean, comfortable beds, nice linens. We stayed for Christmas week and thought it was cozy and bright, cooked several meals and found everything we needed in the kitchen. Bedrooms are downstairs so if stairs are an issue it may not be a good place, otherwise I highly recommend. Wonderful location just a short walk to town.

An upside down layout--Kitchen, living room upstairs; bedrooms down. Not always easy for the disabled--our daughter happened to have a cast on her broken ankle. Amenities fine, location excellent. Too many scatter rugs---a safety hazard. Needs an update on the airconditioning;; unseasonably HOT--used every fan we could find--still not comfortable!! Worked for us---were not at the condo much ; very clean and well-furnished.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing
