This is a large 6BR/7BA - with bedroom located in 3 different areas of the home providing privacy and quiet. Each bedroom has its own full bath and a 7th full bath is located near the family room 14 Mooring is a beautiful 3rd row home with heated pool*, closer to the beach than many 2nd row houses - a quick one-minute stroll on a shaded path with no streets to cross. • The spectacular living room has vaulting trey ceiling, two story windows and large screen TV. The family room is large and roomy. There is a spacious well equipped Kitchen w/granite counters and a center island making it easy for multiple cooks to work. • Four dining areas - formal dining room, breakfast area, kitchen bar, and a screened in porch overlooking the pool. • Furnished private porches for quiet conversations or relaxing • Wonderful large pool with room enough for a water volleyball game or for relaxing on a float. Each bedroom has a TV plus the Living rm, Family rm and Den. *additional to heat pool

There are no streets to cross to get to the beach. Conveniently located near the Dunes House - which provides bathrooms and showers Oceanside – makes it easy on everyone to enjoy the beach.

My family and I rented this house about 2 years ago for a week long Hilton Head Summer get away. We had three different families, lots of kids, and guests stopping by. There was a ton of room and never once did we feel squished because the ceilings are really high and there is bedroom upon bedroom. My favorite thing about the house was the pool area and the proximity to the beach. My least favorite thing was that the house was cold - the AC really pumped, which obviously means that it was working well! haha All around it was a fun place to stay and I wish I had my own regular house like this!
