EMAIL ABOUT NEW DISCOUNTED RATES.....With so many Maui condos to choose from, this is my one chance to tell you what I think sets mine apart from the others....How many condos are 1,050 sq. feet and only 15 Steps from a Lovely Beach, where you can swim right in front? In winter watch Whales leap out of the ocean out in Maalaea Bay from a beachfront lanai?....When you walk in and see the view of the ocean from the living room, you will be delighted...When you go outside to the large lanai, the spectacular 180-degree views of Maui's entire so. coast, will take your breath away...Even the kitchen has an Ocean view...Every morning watch the sun come up over Haleakala...It is truly, an indescribable experience...The previous owner was in a wheelchair, he was allowed to enlarge the lanai. It extends beyond all the others increasing our views even further. It has 2 tables and 6 chairs... It seats 6 instead of 4...The drive from the Kahului airport is only 12 minutes on a four-lane highway.
Lots of Fun Activities For Children of All Ages...:
We have games & a variety of DVD & VHS movies for all different ages. A Safe for your valuables, There is Cable TV in each room, 2 DVD players and a VCR. Watch two different Movies, no fighting over what to watch. Our pool is heated in winter. Go on a picnic in Hana. We have beach chairs (child's size too), beach towels, ice-chest, mats, boogie boards, an umbrella and sand toys. In summer our beach has gentle waves. Take a walk, there are lots of shells for collecting and tide pools to explore. 1/4 mile away in Maalaea Village are shops like 'Hula Girl' fresh Cookies & Ice-cream Parlor, Maui T-shirts ($4.99), a children's interactive learning center at the Pacific Whale Foundation. See the Renowned Maui Ocean Center featuring a clear 'Under-water' Tunnel to view Sharks and Fish without getting wet and 'Maui Golf & Sports Park' for all ages. It has 2 Miniature Golf Courses, a 4,000 sq. ft. lagoon, Waterfalls, a Volcano, Bumper Boats with Blaster Guns and an X-Treme Trampoline.
Why We Love This Place and Visit Often............:
It is Quiet, Elegantly Comfortable, Romantic (even with kids) and you will never forget the Views from the Direct-Beachfront Location. This condo is closer to the sand than any other condo in the building. Actually, it's closer than any condo in any of the other buildings in Maalaea. Why do I know this? I have been coming to Maalaea for over 15 years and I've stayed at 5 of the 10 buildings. I am a 'hard to please' person. I looked for the nicest condo. I wanted it right on the beach. So many ads said they were on the 'beach' but there wasn't any sand. Only a rocky reef (no swimming). When I found this condo (for sale) I had to buy it. Because of the size and location, it was very expensive. So I bought it with my three children. We spent more money updating it. This is a wonderful, peaceful and inspiring place. I can walk out to My Own 'Almost Private' Maui Beach and feel the soft sand between my toes and watch my 2 little granddaughters play. It is Truly Heaven on Earth.
