Villa, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4-6)

The villa has an extraordinary view and extras not often found in villas here: WIFI, HDTV, 3 televisions, new kitchen with granite countertops, new master bath with spalike shower, fabulous mattresses, pool and beach chairs, toys etc. We have a beautiful, quiet setting nestled in the abundant nature that Hilton Head Island & Sea Pines are famous for. This is an end unit of a single level building surrounded by a lake, great oak trees and across from the 605 acre Forest Preserve. The villa is a short drive or bike ride from the Sea Pines entrance making access to restaurants, shopping, island activities, grocery stores, and much more extremely easy. We're a short drive or bike ride to the beach at the free Sea Pines Beach Club with shaded parking, restrooms, outdoor restaurant, tiki bar, and of course miles and miles of beautiful beach. This is truly a place for quiet natural beauty.

About The Owner

I live in West Chester, Ohio with my Westie 'Bungee'. My family has been coming to HHI since 1980. I have travelled all over the world but keep coming back to the serenity of Hilton Head and this villa.

The Owner purchased this villa in 1998
Why The Owner chose Sea Pines

My villa is an end unit on a point surrounded by water on 2 sides. I love nature and have observed over 30 kinds of creatures and birds while sitting on our deck. Sea Pines is the best plantation on the island. A very important reason is the beach club and how beautiful the beach is there and the incredible ease in getting our family parked and onto the sand.

What makes this villa unique

Bicycling to almost anywhere in the plantation. The closeness to restaurants, pool and tennis courts, shopping, and stables. My favorite thing to do is to go to the beach club at sunrise and walk and then at sunset ride my bike right at the waters edge.

Our family totally enjoyed our stay here. My two teenagers were never bored. As Queen says, they simply "got on their bikes and rode!" My biology-major daughter spent her spare time patiently observing the alligators sea turtle nests; and my techno-addicted son was the only one to actually see baby sea turtles race to the ocean. Wildlife everywhere! The villa was lovely. Very comfortable, attractive, and well maintained. Wonderful backyard view!

To start the owner is fabulous! My family and I were there from June 30 -July 13, 2012. My bride mother and 3 kids enjoy this 2 bedroom villa and large lagoon out back it's very nice. Alligators do approach your location so don't feed them or tease them its prohibited!, We do enjoy nature very much! We will be returning to this villa because it works for my family. It is spacious, clean, kid-friendly and conveniently located. We also rented bikes for the week and we road the bikes everywhere.

LOVELY villa!

We were lucky to stay in this villa last week for Thanksgiving.

We loved it! It is tastefully decorated, immaculate, had wonderful mattresses and a beautiful patio and gorgeous view. We really enjoyed seeing the alligators and all the wildlife.

We rented bikes and rode all over. The location is great within Sea Pines. It was very easy to get everywhere. We had 2 adults and our 2 1/2 year old and were so very comfortable here. We had plenty of room and the villa has everything you can possibly need. My toddler asked to go to the Beach and to the Stables everyday! This was no problem as we just hopped on the bikes and off we went.

This truly is one of the nicest villas we have stayed in and would love to return to it again soon.
You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here. The owner provides you with some great detailed information before you arrive that is very helpful.

This villa is absolutely spectacular. It was extremely clean, great view of the lagoon and it had all the amenities of home and more. I plan on booking this next year. Anyone booking this villa will not be disappointed!!!!!!

P.S. My wife and I really liked the shower in the master bedroom :). It was very (impressive).
