Best View on the North Shore of Maui

We loved our stay here, and hope to return. We're regular VRBO users and this is a great find. Lots of space, great kitchen for those who like to cook (and what is probably the best grocery store on the island is a short drive away), very comfortable bed, high-quality sound system, awesome lanai, and lots of privacy. We like the north shore (of any island) because of the cool nights and occasional evening rains. A great jumping off point to explore the whole island. Definitely home away from home.

My wife and I chose to stay at Arturo's house in Maui for our Honeymoon and we couldn't have stayed at a better place! It was in a fabulous, secluded neighborhood but close enough for us to cover the entire island. If you're looking for a place that gives you the opportunity to see all that Maui has to offer, then look no further. The weather was perfect and the house was way more than enough room for me and my new wife. A couple bonus things the house includes: 2 Car garage, Solar powered, Banana & Lime trees, Passion Fruit, HUGE wrap around deck with hammock, Big stereo system you can plug your iPhone into and play music and much more. We will be going back for our one year anniversary!

This home is amazing, well-appointed and comfortable on all levels. I stayed nearly 2 weeks here. The architecture is beautiful, the view is spectacular and the owner was a wonderful host who gave me peace and quiet, but was available if I had any questions about the area. He was very considerate and extremely knowledgeable about Maui. The home is very clean, has a big screen TV with DVD, all of the nice dishes and cookware you could possibly need for meals. All kitchen appliances are there for you along with quality stemware and good utensils. The interior is tastefully decorated with beautiful Balinese furnishings and happy, colorful and artistic photographs. The beds are made up with comfortable cotton linens. In addition to the 2 bathrooms which include showers and 1 soaking bathtub, there is an outdoor shower which is very private in the banana trees off the master suite. There is also a 2-car garage with washer/dryer attached at the back of the home. Also provided are beach chairs & towels, coolers and a couple of boogie boards.

Waking to the birds singing in the morning is the best alarm clock I have ever encountered. Watching sunrises skim over the palms while looking out onto the blue pacific is how I began each day, being serenaded by the birds. My evenings were also special watching sunsets from the Lanai with a cup of tea or glass of wine - these were highlights to my peaceful days here. Hanging in the hammock and reading was also a perfectly relaxing experience.

It is an absolutely lovely home built by an owner who takes much pride in it. I highly recommend this property to couples or families. A perfect location to call home for your Maui vacation. Peaceful, tasteful and welcoming.
