Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom luxury condo located in the gated community at the Landings Country Club, in convenient South Fort Myers, just 10 minutes from the airport. Shopping and restaurants are located minutes away. The Landings features an 18 hole executive golf course, putting green, driving range, tennis, Olympic size swimming pool, fitness center, on-site boat rental, fishing, walking/bike paths, game rooms and a clubhouse with indoor and outdoor dining. It is located on the shores of the Caloosahatchee River. Beautiful grounds, lake and river views, on the golf course make this a very desirable location. The luxury condo is on the second floor with beautiful views overlooking the lake and fountain. It is fully air conditioned and includes covered parking with elevator access to the second floor. This unit features a one minute walk to the pool which includes a barbecue and eating area. It is fully furnished, including a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room.

The unit also has a smaller swimming pool which is surrounded by gardens and overlooks a different lake and fountain. There are barbecues and eating areas as well as rest room facilities and an outdoor shower at this pool.
