Our guests are within a two minutes by car or a few minutes walk of the the pristine white beach, the Village on Venetian Bay with it's boutiques and restaurants, the exclusive Waterside Shops, Naples Philharmonic center and Museum of Art. The house enjoys a secluded, south facing aspect in prestigious Park Shore, with all major rooms facing the Lanai and pool. This light and spacious and luxurious home includes a new superb cherry wood and granite kitchen, new bathrooms and all new appliances. Eat in or relax under the large screened Lanai, cooking at the built-in summer kitchen or swimming in the beautiful totally secluded designer pool. Relax undisturbed and secluded in a garden full of Florida's birds . Summer vsitors can pick fresh mangoes in the garden. Enjoy a truly relaxing vacation in this luxuriously furnished home close to the beach and return home invigorated and refreshed !

Our home is centrally located in prestigious Park Shore for easy access to all of Naples attractions. A few minutes walk to the beach or you can drive and use our private beach privileges including parking. Just 5 miles to I75 and quickly you can go north to the islands of Sanibel and Captiva, historic Fort Myers and Corkscrew Swamp nature reserve, or go south to the Everglages National Park for outstanding wildlife. Any of Naples 70 plus golf courses are within a short drive. Our German guests have the benefit of direct flights from Dusseldorf to South West Florida International airport via Air Berlin !!

    Final cleaning charged at $25 per hour

Notes: Master bedroom has king sized bed, walk-in closet, 32in TV and telephone, plus en-suite marble and tile bathroom with his and hers hand basins. Second bedroom has a Queen sized bed and 20in TV. Fabulous kitchen opens onto leisure room facing the pool, complete with granite breakfast bar seating 4. This room had 47in HDTV, Blu-ray HD DVD player and VCR. All rooms have ceiling fans should you wish to leave the windows open and enjoy the fresh air. Large lanai furnished for relaxed living, with large table, many chairs and sun beds plus a superb stainless steel summer kitchen. The natural rock waterfall adds a calming influence as the water cascades into the pool. Our home is designer furnished and includes many original works of art.

Naples: Naples is that breath of fresh air, get away from it all, type of town with everything from ecologically sound parks, to fabulous white beaches, to unique cultural attractions. Once visited this is a place that people want to return to again and again. Set off with palm and banyan trees, Naples is known for it's open air cafes and restaurants plus wonderful shopping along Fifth Street, Third Avenue South, The village on Venetian Bay and the Waterside. Naples caters for the golfer with over 70 courses, for the fisherman with many waterways between the 10,000 Islands, and for the nature lover with the Everglades National Park, Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary and of course birds everywhere. This provides year round attractions in wonderfully balmy climate and of course those famous Naples Sunsets !

Entertainment: The area has something for every age from zoos, a teddy bear Museum, boating trips and beaches for the children, to restaurants with live music, concerts, Dinner Theatre, art shows and more for the grown-ups. After a month you will only have dipped your toe into the vast amount on offer !

A fabulous villa - more like someone's home than a rental property. Photos although accurate simply did not do it justice. High quality furnishings, loads of space, great pool, immaculately clean. The owners were accessible and extremely helpful. Location was excellent...minutes to amazing beaches , the sea like a well-stocked fishing pond! A welcome contrast from the hustle and bustle of Orlando. We would definitely stay here again.

This is our second visit to this lovely home and yet again we had the most wonderful holiday. It is perfectly located, comfortably furnished and well equipped. The garden and pool are beautiful and secluded. It was extremely difficult for us to leave!!
