First floor golf villa located in a community of upscale homes offers a wonderful view overlooking the water & 7th green of the Piper. Tastefully decorated-giving the feeling of a golf/seaside vacation paradise as you step through the door. Spacious Living area has a Queen sofa bed, love seat & recliner-36' cable TV & VCR/DVD. Nice assortment of videos & books available. Enjoy the fresh Carolina air on the screened in patio w/ access off of Living Area & Master Bedroom. Master suite has a Kingsized bed & Bedroom #2 has a split King. Master has cable TV & phone. Bedroom #2 has cable TV. Bedroom #3 has 2 twins. Open - inviting kitchen is fully equipped & dining area comfortably seats 6 people. This non-smoking villa is maintained & rented by the owners. We are very excited to offer you a nice, clean & relaxing environment to rent. We live in the Sandpiper Bay Golf community full-time, so we can assure you personal attention if needed!!

Do you love to 'golf' with lots of course choices?... And how about 'entertainment'?....if you want any or all of these then it is NO PROBLEM!!!!..... and the Art galleries are the best!! Our area meets the needs of all ages and all desires!! Our golf villa has 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, tennis, fishing ponds and a 27 hole Dan Maples designed golf course. You will feel like you have entered 'Paradise' !!
