Here is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo (partial ocean view) that sleeps 6 with new interior. Inside the master bedroom there is a queen sized bed, with a private full bathroom, a full closet and dresser, and cable television. The second bedroom has 2 twin sized beds, a full closet, dresser, and also has cable television. The newly remodeled kitchen has all new appliances along with a complete set of cookware and cooking utensils everything you could need. Outside the dining room there is a 26 foot long balcony that overlooks the ocean in the distance with beautiful landscaping and a pond below. The living room is complete with 27 inch cable television, sitting space for six, and a sleeper sofa. Inside each of the bedrooms there are televisions with cable. This condo is a perfect place for snowbirds looking for a winter stay. Right outside the front door of the condo there is a heated indoor swimming pool, hot tub, and down the hall is the exercise room and sauna.

    The Myrtle Beach Resort is located at 5905 South Kings Highway, Myrtle Beach South Carolins 29575. The resort is located approximately a 7-10 minute drive south of the main Myrtle Beach strip and just 5-10 minutes to the Highway 17 bypass.

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY: Deposit requirements are $200 per week or 1/2 of total rental, whichever is less. Otherwise, deposit will be refunded only if the property is re-rented for the same dates.

This was our second time staying at this condo...We had such a great time the year before, we booked an additional week this year.
A well maintained condo, cheery, quiet and amazing location!. Very clean. and comfortable. enough room for 6. A good size balcony off of the living room.With a little side view of the ocean.
Kitchen loaded with everything needed..even a crock pot!
Walking distance to the beach, and all family pools within the resort.
"Lazy River" and kid splash area is great (although wonderful for the sun worshipers, not enough shade for the shade seekers)
The actual resort is secure, and guarded. Very clean and well kept. We saw lots of updates from the year previous (ie: new tile, gardens, painted etc)
There is no public street access to the beach area, only from condo's around and the resort. So we found the beach very quiet, very clean.
A car is needed as restaurants/shopping are not in walking distance.
The biggest decision to make, is what pool to swim in?

Excellent week at the beach!

This vacation spot is ideal for families and people looking to get away at a reasonable price. The condo was spacious and very well located. Close to the beach and had great amenities. As a renter you have access to all the pools and hot tubs. Kitchen was well equipted and the condo had all you could need. The rental process went very smoothly even if you are arrive late into the night. Enough parking and things to do in and around the ressort. For a girls week easy to find nightclubs and friendly people! For a great time in the sun I highly recommend this option for your next vacation.

This condo was awsome! I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a relaxing place to vacation in the Myrtle Beach area. The condo was extremely clean and the the staff that worked there were all very helpful to any and all of our needs. Everything you may need is close by! I didn't want to leave..................

Wonderful vacation

This was our 7th visit to the Myrtle Beach resort and 1st time in this unit. This unit was far and away the nicest unit we have stayed in. The unit is central to everything at the resort, very nicely decorated and well maintained. Check in was a breeze and the stay was wonderful. Highly recommend.

Summer Vacation at the Beach

We had a great time staying at this location. We took 4 kids, ages 5, 9 and two 16 year olds. There was something for everyone to do. The teenages loved going to the cabanna bar at night and dancing and doing karaoke! They met a bunch of other teens and exchanged numbers and emails. They played basketball every day and we hardly ever saw them. The little ones loved the lazy river and the water play area. We loved the convenience of location to everywhere we wanted to go. We at at the deli on site and had some great big sandwiches!! The beach was beautiful and not too crowded. The kids already want to go back!
