Log home secluded by 8 acres of wooded mountains very secluded, THIS DRIVEWAY IS 750' STEEP, 4 wheel or all wheel drive is highly recommended. Everyone has made it to date up the driveway. NOT RECOMMENDED HYBREDS (4cyl). Great for that romantic getaway. Relax in the four person hot tub or picnic on the wrap around deck while enjoying the wooded mountain view. Come watch the sun come up over the Smoky Mountains. Feels remote, yet only minutes to Cherokee and Dillsboro with the Smoky Mountain Railroad, Harrah's Casino, and the Cherokee Indian Museum. Also nearby are antiques, craft shops, local mountain pottery, Smoky Mountain National Park and restaurants, golf and white water rafting. This a smoke free home.' This cabin is located 10 miles from Dillsboro and 10 miles from Bryson City, in Whittier. . We haven't raise our prices in 3 years so guest can afford a vacation. We take a bi yearly trip to the Bryson City area and this is the BEST place to stay. Be sure you have a vehicle that can climb the steep driveway. Other then that this place is heaven! From the beds to the hot tub there is always a reason to be comfortable and relaxed. It is close enough to town but far enough away to be peaceful and quiet.

The owners are great people and very friendly. I would highly recommend this to anybody but especially to couples looking to getaway for that second honeymoon.

Relaxing vacation

My husband and myself enjoyed our stay. The cabin was clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed sitting on the deck until after dark listening to nothing but the sounds of the night. We enjoyed horseback riding, hiking and seeing many water falls We plan to learn to fly fish the next time we come.

Great Cabin Great People

This was our 3rd trip to this cabin & we still love it. Paul & Ann are great hosts & the area is just beautiful. There is so much to do & the local restaurants are great. We will definitely be back. Our "girls" (two Westies) also think it's great!

Wow, what a gorgeous cabin in the middle of nowhere! It is so nice and secluded on top of the mountain, yet only 15 minutes from town. There were so many amentities - everything we could possibly need. We had to push ourselves to leave the cabin to take advantage of the activities around. Our little dog had a great time exploring!
