Nearby golf, shopping. Community pier allows kayaking, canoeing, fishing, and crabbing. Crabbing equipment available. Outdoor shower for renters convenience. Parking includes garage, covered space, plus additional numbered space. Six outside decks allows for great viewing of both ocean and bay! Great place for large families. Minutes to Rehoboth Beach dining and outlets. Close to Dewey Beach, Fenwick Island and Ocean City attractions and nightlife. Prices are very competitive. We do not rent to anyone under 21 years of age.
