2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, sofa bed in living room; sleeps 6

Our condo is located right on the beach with a perfect view of the beach from the living room and especially from the large deck. We just installed brand new carpeting (Oct 2012) and it looks great. It is beautifully decorated and newly renovated. Amenities include central air conditioning, master bedroom with queen size bed and private full bath, second bedroom with two twin beds, a bureau and plenty of closet space. Living room with pull out sleeper sofa, plenty of seating, entertainment center, stereo, cable TV with DVR/CD player and premium channels (HBO and Cinemax). The hall bathroom has a new washer/dryer for your convenience. The fully-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, and everything you need except food. Beautiful ocean view from the deck complete with outdoor furniture. There is beach access by private walkway. Watch the dolphins play and the pelicans soar! Two covered parking spaces are included. This is a non-smoking unit. No pets please

Thanks for the beautiful condo to make our stay so great. Everything needed was there and it looks wonderful. The view is fantastic whether you're sitting on the deck or sitting in the living room. Working with David was so smooth and easy. We can't wait to return for another great time.

Below is my review. I tried to submit it but couldn't get it to go through. Hope this is helpful.

We had a wonderful time on Carolina Beach staying in this lovely, recently updated (top to bottom) condo. It felt like a new property, everything was so clean and fresh! We found eveything we needed from a well stocked kitchen to a great game cabinet that made our time there fun and easy. We also greately appreciated David's attention to detail in ensuring we had information on places to go and things to do in the area. We would definetely put this on the list of great places to stay! (Though do be prepared, if you are a heavy packer, it is up three flights of stairs.)

Great Place to Vacation

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this condo. It had all the amenities to make us feel comfortable and homey for our stay. It is in a great location, just a short walk down to the beach. We loved every minute of our stay. David was very helpful and very responsive to our emails and phone calls. Our view on the third floor was spectacular. The day we left, we got to witness dolphins near the shore. It was beautiful. I would recommend this condo to anyone who wishes to have a relaxing vacation on the beach.

Wow!! What a great stay we had here. Everything about this experience was wonderful. I would be remiss if I didn't start by saying that the view from the back deck is absolutely stunning. We watched the pelicans, seagulls and dolphins when they were out, and just enjoyed the serentity of the waves hitting the beach at other times. The condo itself is lovely - tastefully decorated - and it's nice that the kitchen and bathrooms are stocked with the basics. (Don't buy that package of 100 coffee filters for the 7 days you'll be there - they are already there!!) It was wonderful also that we didn't have to tote sheets and towels for our getaway.

The location was also fantastic, as just about everything we wanted to do was within a 5 minute drive of the condo. I guess we could have walked, but nah...

David was a joy to work with - so helpful in getting us all set up when we decided at the very last minute to get away, and very accommodating to all our needs.

What a relaxing time we had at Carolina Beach! We came to visit my wife's dad who lives in Wilmington. So we brought him out to stay with us a few days at the beach and he loved it.

The condo was perfect! It had everything we needed and more. It was very clean and up to date. You couldn't beat the view of the beach and ocean. Also the view looking back towards the harbor was pertty awesome. One morning we saw the dolphins swiming along the shoreline. We also enjoyed the tips on good restaurants and sightseeing in the area (especially the Civil War stuff).

We hope to be able to return soon!
