Sunday River Lodge is located in beautiful Bryant Pond, less than 5 minutes from Mt Abrams and 20 minutes to Sunday River. We are situated overlooking beautiful Lake Christopher, with expansive views of both the lake and valley. The lodge is comfortably appointed and tastefully decorated using Maine decor throughout.It has a large hot tub, adjacent to the deep stone firepit, with wondeful views of the valley. Sunday River Lodge is a great place to enjoy a wonderful winter week or weekend. Other activities include- walk to the lake and watch the ice fisherman catch Lake Christopher Trout, skating on the lake, sleigh ride down our hill, visit the snow cave on our property, or walk to the many wilderness trails, within 5 short minutes. You will not be disappointed with your vacation when you choose the Sunday River Lodge.

Notes: 4 bedrooms, all very large, with ample closet space. Three bedrooms have new Queen beds with luxury bedding, while fourth 'bunk room 'has 4 bunk beds, perfect for kids. The loft has a futon, about the size of a double bed. Summer, The Lake is only a 5 minute walk down the road, and opens up to a wonderful kid's playground and public swimming beach complete with docks and roped off area. Winter, Great place to sled ride, down the hill to the lake, and also excellent hiking and cross-country ski trails. Only 5 minutes from MT Abrams, and under 20 minutes to Sunday River. Special Instructions Please Read: Very important to understand that no pets or smoking is allowed. Security deposit for 50% of total price is required to hold your reservation. We will ask that you sign a no smoke / no pet / maximum occupants disclosure upon receipt of the security deposit. The balance of the payment and security deposit is required three weeks before arrival dates. Upon receipt of final payment we will mail you a packet with all the details to make you trip an enjoyable one. The security deposit will be returned upon inspection of premises. This should happen within one week of departure date, however it may take up to three weeks to fully inspect and send out reimbursement.

My family and I stayed in this lodge for just about a week and we just loved it. The home is well cared for, cozy and clean. They had all we needed for a great vacation! The home is well stocked and waiting! My daughters loved playing ping pong and we all played board games that were provided. The sloped drive is great for sledding.... we all loved that. Thank you Rick for a great vacation spot!
