Families are sure to enjoy this beautiful 3 bedroom - 2 bath home located in Suissevale Estates. Queen master suite has attached full bath. Larger bunk room sleeps 5. Smaller bunk room sleeps 3. Double Futon in loft area. King Futon in living room. Plenty of living space downstairs with an extra large loft above. Screened-in 10 X 10 Porch perfect for dining 'out' without the bugs. Separate door from porch leads to gas grill on outside deck that runs the length of the house. Perfect for stargazing at night! Suissevale is located on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee and has the most beautiful private beach on the lake. Plenty of picnic tables, permanent charcoal grill set up, bathrooms, fishing lagoon, bathrooms, boat launch, kids playground and a gazebo equipped with wireless internet access for those 'sneaking' away for a few days. Bring own linens and please, leave broom clean. Easy parking 3/4 vehicles. Small, housebroken pets welcome!
