Beautiful, newly renovated home right on Moody Beach in Southern Maine. Large living room, dining room with spectacular views, large comfortable bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, washer/dryer. -5 minutes to Ogunquit and Perklins Cove -20 minutes to Kennebunkport. Many great restaurants within 10 min (recommendations available) -Charcoal Grill -3 Golf Courses, 20 minutes to Cape Arundle (Kennebunkport) -Great Local Shopping, Kittery Outlets and 45 minutes to Freeport Maine, L.L.Bean. Great antiquing along rte. one. Easy train ride to Boston. Plenty of parking.

Wonderful view and very spacious

I stayed in this house in July with my entire family, 8 adults and 5 children, and we had plenty of room. The bedrooms upstairs were very large, the dining area had a great view, and the yard was large enough for the children to play. Having a "private" beach in your backyard was just fantastic. The kitchen was on the small side, but was well equipped. The only downside was the lack of showers. The upstairs bathroom had a tub/shower combination, and there was another shower in the basement that we did not use because we didn't care for the appearance of it. Despite this, I would rent this property again in the future. My three adult children and their spouses sat by the seawall every night, looking at the ocean and the stars. It was a great vacation and I would recommend this property to anyone.
