Completely renovated home with 125' of lake frontage in a large cove, close to attractions by land and water – minutes to town. This home offers a large open kitchen, dining and living room area. Screened porch off kitchen with an additional full-size refrigerator and dining table as well as an oversized deck with dining/seating and grill for convenient outdoor dining. Moderate steps to your private dock that features a large 18' x 28' covered rec/dining area with bar , TV (during season Jun-Sep), gas grill, mini fridge, dining table, and an 8' x 28' sun dock. Dock also has one 10' x 24' covered slip. Ample parking in a private setting, this home is sure to accommodate all your vacation expectations at the lake.

A+++++ Property!

You cannot go wrong with this property! My husband and I and 2 other couples were at LOTO for Bike Fest 2023. We had a mid size SUV and 3 motorcycles. The road down to the house is paved. The turn in to the drive for this house is concrete so it was motorcycle friendly. The drive extending to the other homes past this house turns to gravel and that part is not motorcycle friendly, but this one is. It is not possible to pull a trailer to this house, however, there is available trailer parking on the main road before the gate entrance. Ample parking on concrete. Gated. Very nice neighborhood! The house was super clean! We had a small issue with the door code upon arrival but I called Kim and she took care of it on the spot. The rooms were 100% as described and pictured in listing. The dock area was great! 2 kayaks for use, TV, loungers, and 2 sitting areas made for a great day by the lake. The cove was very quiet! This house is in a great location; secluded but a short drive to restaurants, grocery, and anything you might need. We 100% recommend this house!

Family vacation

Beautiful home, steps to the dock were the only drawback but they were clearly shown so we knew this before booking. Plenty of room for the entire group, we loved the screen in porch and spent a lot of time on it as it rained every day we were there.

Summer lake vacation

Great house on a quiet cove. There are a lot of stairs, but manageable. The house and kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, having two fridges was great. Really enjoyed the dock! The property is a close boat or car ride to fun bars/restaurants/grocery store and other activities. Hope to come back!!!!
