Aspenhall is a 1940s-era rustic mountain getaway just three blocks from the shore of Lake Tahoe. Located in a quiet, comfortable neighborhood in the community of South Lake Tahoe, Aspenhall is an excellent central location for year-round activities in one of the world’s most beautiful natural vacation destinations. In addition, all the conveniences of shopping, restaurants, coffee houses, etc. are within easy walking distance.
Inside and out, Aspenhall retains the look and feel of old Lake Tahoe. Knotty pine plank paneling, vaulted ceilings, rugged fixtures and mountain style furnishings combine with modern upgrades to make this a cozy retreat where your spirit can be renewed.
With four bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room, Aspenhall can accommodate up to 10 people, but it can also provide roomy comfort for a single family or couple.

Aspenhall is a fully-equipped house. All kitchen appliances, pots & pans and utensils are provided. The common living room includes a TV with DVD/VHS and stereo CD/tape system, while an upstairs room provides a second TV with DVD/VHS and Nintendo 64 video system so children can entertain themselves while adults visit downstairs. A laundry room with full-size washer and dryer allows guests to stay clean and comfortable regardless of their length of stay. An enclosed back lawn with patio deck provides a safe play area for children and pets. Boat parking is also available behind the fence enclosure.
