This fantastic villa offers 6 bedrooms, made up of 3 double rooms (all en-suite) and 3 twin rooms; together with a further bathroom, family room, superior games room with professional 8ft pool table, kitchen, and dining room. Close to Disney area. The family room provides access to the patio with large hot tub which comfortably seats 6 people; and fully screened, southwest facing pool, thereby affording sunshine for most of the day. The pool also benefits from electric heating, on request. The property is fully air conditioned. Additional features include 51' screen TV with digital cable television including UK Premiership football, DVD Player, separate CD/radio, computer suite with free high speed broadband Internet access, and free local telephone calls. Cot facilities and high chairs are available free of charge. Gas barbecue facilities are also available. Hampton Lakes is set among orange groves and gently rolling hills which creates an atmosphere of relaxing peace and tranquility. The community is adjacent to Highland Reserve Golf Course and a number of Championship courses are within 20 minutes. In fact there are 25 golf courses within 30 minutes. Two major supermarkets are within 5 minutes, with a Publix Supermarket being less than 2 miles away. There are a multitude of small, good quality family restaurants as well as all of the national chain restaurants along Highway 192. Located off Highway 27, approximately two miles south of the western end of Highway 192, Hampton Lakes is less than fifteen minutes from World Drive, the entrance to Disney World. Sea World is twenty minutes away and in thirty minutes you can reach Universal Studios. Equally, both coasts are within easy reach with Cocoa Beach and Kennedy Space Center about one hour's drive away, while Tampa and the Gulf Coast can be reached within one and a half hours.
