This is a beautiful ocean block property and undamaged by Sandy! The 3rd house from the ocean front, with easy beach access. Large home accommodated large family of extended family and friends. 4 levels, with basement, garage, laundry room, outside shower, inside full bath for those return trips from the beach. The first floor has both front and back porches with a nice kitchen, dinning room, living room, sitting room and 1/2 bath. The second floor has a master bedroom, with a small bedroom off the master. There are two additional bedrooms (total of 4) that are nice size with bunk beds and queen size beds. There is a large second story porch, with beautiful views of the the Ocean and the Bay. Wonderful for evening relaxation in the cool ocean breeze. The Third floor is an open cape loft, with a full bathroom, two large closets, a queen size bed on one side and two twin size beds on the other. ABSOLUTELY NO PROM, GRADUATION OR COLLEGE GROUPS. This is a 'FAMILIES ONLY' House!

This is a wonderful home, great location, in residential year round neighborhood. A Million Dollar house with multi million dollars homes all around! Great views, with a quiet neighboorhood, in the best part of Seaside Park! The Boadwalk amusement area is 1.5 miles away, far enough to keep the traffic and crowds away, but close enough for an evening stroll or quick bike ride on the boardwalk in the early morning! (We even provide the bikes for you to ride!!!!)

The house is fully equiped with beach chairs and umbrellas, gas grill and plenty of off street parking for 5 cars. There is a rennovated full bathroom in the basement/garage where you can shower after the beach or take a quick trip back for those 'emergencies!' The outside shower is large, with room to change and hot and cold water.

Neaby are excellent restuarants, shops and amusements. Easy access to Toms River, with Ocean County Mall and two multi-plex movie theatre complexes in the area. You will have a wonderful vacation at this excellent beach house with room for family and friends. Best price for this large of a home, with excellent ammenities.

About Brian Swedberg

Brian and Maria Swedberg live in Toms River, NJ where they have raised two sons who love the beach and grew up with the waves and sand! They purchased this property in 2000 so they could enjoy the spring and fall at the beach, as well as remodel this home over time and eventually retire in Seaside Park.

The home is the 3rd from the ocean, just steps from the beach, in a quiet family area, with wide streets and fantastic views of the ocean. Just across the bridge is the town of Toms River, the County Seat with Ocean County Mall and all the amenities of a good size town.

Great Place for a Family to Stay

We loved this house, location was great. There were 6 adults and 3 children and had plenty of room to be together or apart. Upon arrival we were impressed how clean the house, bathrooms, refrigerator, stove, etc were. Kitchen was small, however dining room was large enough for all of us. Kitchen was well-stocked. Description on web site is very accurate. All of the porches were lovely.
Owner was very courteous and helpful. I would rent again and recommend to friends as well. Many nice restaurants in the area and nearby Toms River. It was a wonderful, but too short of a vacation for all of us.

Fall Fun

We had a great weekend at this spacious and comfortable home! We had a big group, and their was plenty of room to be together, as well as space to be alone! We had great weather - warm enough to hang out on the beach and balcony. This house was so inviting - there wasn't anything we needed that we didn't find there. We were there the week before Hurricane Sandy - we hope you weathered the storm well - we can't wait to return!

Great House at the Shore

The house was excellent for our group and very clean on arrival. We had two families of four, including teenagers, and never felt crowded. The porchs are great, especially upstairs with the ocen view. This became the adult "hideaway" in the evenings while the kids played video games or went to the boardwalk in Seaside Heights. We verified the bed sizes by room in advance with the owner to make sure it met our needs. The owners are very helpful and friendly. As for dining, we like Rockafellas which is a BYOB in Ortley Beach and The Crabs Claw. This was our first time staying in Seaside Park and the beach is one of the best on the Jersey Shore. I would recommend this house to large families or for sharing by two families.

I'd like to start off with the owner is a real stand up guy. Welcoming and very considering. My group had special consideration and he really took care of us. The house is beautiful. I recommend it to anyone really. Lots of space! main floor has couches and a nice dining room, but trust me you wont even need it, the back porch has a picnic table so we ate out there a lot because it was nice out. There are 4 bathrooms with 3 with showers, there's one in the basement and it was just newly built. The owner Brian is just great, and my group had a blast. Just steps away from the beach, and a block or 2 or 3 away from the boardwalk. My favorite part was the balcony. Just hanging out with the friends up there. I will definitely contact him to rent it out again.
