  • How to make a reservation:

    1. Check the availability calendar or email Consuelo
    2. Call or email Consuelo to confirm your dates and rates
    3. You will receive an e-mail with your reservation contract and policies. You will also receive an email for the invoice via PayPal for the $1000 reservation/damage deposit
    4. Pay via PayPal the $1,000 reservation/damage deposit and email signed Policies and Confirmation of Reservation to guarantee your dates.
    5. The balance of the total bill can be paid by check and/or credit card. Please make your check payable to Consuelo Lumanta in the form of traveler's check, bank money orders, cashier's check or personal checks.
    6. Advance payment of 50% of the rental rate is due 60 days before your arrival. The balance of rent plus 10%
    tax and cleaning fee of $350.00 is due 30 days prior to your stay. Please do not deduct your reservation/damage deposit.

This property is a nice and large house and is in excellent shape and beutifully located.
- The kitchen is large and well stocked.
- The master bedroom is fantastic, with a fireplace between bedroom and bathroom of the masterbedroom
- The game room, located in the basement has a pool table and poker table as well as another kitchen
- There is free internet WLAN

The only downside to the property, is that it is located at some distance from South Lake Tahoe and Heavenly (about 20 min by car)

Excellent Vacation Rental for Multiple Families

Just stayed in this property in March 2008. I have rented many homes in the Tahoe area and have to say this is one of the best. It is very well kept, well supplied with the house needs and was a pleasure to stay in. The game room, which is on the bottom floor, is absolutely wonderful for children too! There is a lot of stairs, so just keep that in mind for those with babies / not as good walkers.
