3. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your reservation and policies.
4. Mail your $1000 reservation/damage deposit along with signed Policies and Confirmation Reservation to guarantee your dates.
5. Please make your check to Consuelo Lumanta in the form of traveler's check, bank money orders, cashier's
check or personal checks.
6. First payment of 50% of the rental rate is due 60 days before your arrival. The balance of rent plus
lodging tax and $350 cleaning fee is due 30 days prior to your stay. Please do not deduct your
reservation/damage deposit.
