Third bedroom with twin beds and trundle bed. Washer and dryer with linens provided. Open concept kitchen, dining, and living room. Gas fire place, high ceilings and lots of glass. Generous outside deck for seasonal use.Gas grill. One car garage and private parking space. Free shuttle to Loon Mountain. Walking distance to resort club house with indoor pool, hot tub, steam and exercise rooms. Outdoor tennis in season.

1 mile to the entrance of Loon Mountain Ski Area. 1/2 mile to bike path that leads along the river to both Loon Mountain and the downtown area. Minutes to a number of area attractions including Cannon, Waterville, and Attatash ski resorts. Flume Gorge, Echo Lake and Franconia Notch State Park also close. 30-40 minutes to the Mt. Washington area and Brentton Woods. Full menu of Summer and Winter activities in and around the towns of Lincoln and North Woodstock.
