Featuring cathedral ceilings with lots of windows, bright sunshine and golf course/mountain views, this 2-story villa offers 2 master suites upstairs and 1 master suite downstairs, each with full bathroom plus 2 feature private balconies. Downstairs is a huge, open great room combining living room w/ fireplace, dining room and lg kitchen w/ raised bar. House is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, washer/dryer. Enjoy private community heated pebble-tec pool/spa, barbecue area and fitness center with aerobic equipment, nautilus, free weights. Within walking distance to Troon N. Clubhouse, and short drive from Pinnacle Peak hiking trail, western-themed activities and shopping, dining, spas, etc. On-site Personal Assistant offers additional services for fee: personal chef, grocery shopping, scheduling tee times/massages, or chauffeur service for airport transfers or local driving.
