Our luxury villa is in the new and prestigious gated community of The Hamlet at West Haven. 4 beautifully furnished bedrooms with en-suite facilities and TV/ DVD. Newly installed GAMES ROOM equipped with Pool Table, Air Hockey and Table Soccer. The spacious living room is complete with comfortable sofas and entertainment centre with large TV (300 channels) ,DVD/ CD. High Speed Internet/Wi Fi access. Separate dining areas: one with a family dining that seats 8, and a breakfast table seating 4. Seating also available at the breakfast bar in the fully equipped kitchen. Everything you will need to self cater is provided including a large fridge freezer with ice dispense , oven, microwave and dishwasher. A washer and dryer are provided in the laundry room . Ample off road parking. The lovely heated private pool is fully-screened with a huge covered lanai, sun loungers and brand new patio set for outside dining. Perfect for relaxing after a day at the parks or on the golf course

Our brand new villa is located in the gated community of The Hamlets, West Haven which is an excellent location, just 15 minutes from the Disney theme parks. The massive and exclusive new golf resorts of Champions Gate and Reunion are only 4 minutes away. The Omni resort at Champions Gate boasts 5 star dining and a luxury spa. The local shopping area at Champions Gate includes a large Publix supermarket, Walgreens pharmacy, restaurants and takeaways, including Italian, Chinese, Subway, crepes and McDonalds, 24 hour gas station with coffee shop, DVD rental store and Bank. Orlando Airport is only 30 minutes away and we are conveniently located within easy access of all major routes around central Florida. This include a Pool Table, Air Hockey Table and Table Soccer. We have also recognized that whilst guests are on vacation they still need to stay in touch so we have installed for No Extra Charge High Speed Internet Access together with secure password protected WiFi so you can sit relaxing by the Pool and still send and receive emails!! You will also have the facility to phone anywhere in United States of America or Canada from the house at No Extra Cost.

The house is absolutely wonderful. Big bedrooms, wonderful pool and excellent game room. Kitchen is fully equipped and clean. It is 15 minutes drive from Magic Kingdom, 4 minutes from the main highway. Owners are wonderful and price is fair.

A great house for a family vacation!

My family of 6 stayed at the villa in May 2008 for 6 nights and 7 days. We had such a great experience renting from the owner of this property. He was very easy to contact and very prompt in returning emails. He went out of his way to make sure our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The house was everything it was advertised as: clean, spacious, comfortable, as well as beautiful! The game room was a big hit with the kids. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Easy access to I-4 to the attractions. We would definitely stay there again! Thanks Jeff!
