Located in pristine Imperial Golf Estates, 24hr gated community, 7 miles north of Downtown. Newly renovated second floor condo has vaulted ceiling adding to its appeal. Master and guest bedrooms each have their own full bathrooms. Large 5' x 8' walk-in closet off master bedroom. Spacious kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, disposal, washer/dryer and an attached breakfast nook. Dining and living room combined for an open atmosphere. Dining room includes table and chairs for six. Living room features new 24' flat-screen t.v., DVD player, stereo, pullout couch and two comfortable sitting chairs. Has the nicest view within the development of the community pool and lake from the 20’ x 7’ screened lanai. The pool and lake are illuminated during the evening and are a 30-second walk from the condo. Pool includes sundeck, bathrooms, outdoor shower, lounge chairs, umbrellas and floats. Condo is located 1 1/2 miles from ocean & “Delnor-Wiggins State Park'' entry pass provided

Many new stores and shops 'Grocery Stores, Wal- Mart, Blockbuster Video, restaurants, Starbucks, located 1/2 mile away'. Condo is 1 1/2 miles from the ocean and Delnor Wiggins State Park which is a protected National Park with bathrooms, outdoor shower, cooking grills and benches along 2 miles of beaches. Condo is located 20 miles/30minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport. Numerous golf courses located within 5-15 minutes. The following website will provide all information as to dining/interest/hobbies/golf course/art/museum/parks/zoos etc... I know you will enjoy our condo as we retreat to it every year and enjoy the nightly sunsets especially at the park. Naples Beach and Golf Resort has an outdoor bar with music while many watch the sunset

Notes: The condo has many updated pictures and quilts which bring warmth to the unit. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed, cable TV and complimentary furnishings. A nice size master bath with a 8' x 5' walk-in closet for plenty of room for clothes or other items. The 2nd bedroom boast 2 single beds with cable TV and the bathroom are set on the other side of the condo for creating a semi self contained unit. The pool is a 1 minute walk from the condo. Plenty of sub division within the gated community for running/walking. Imperial Golf Estates is a gated Golf and Country Club Community and is a 10 minute drive from Downtown Naples and fashionable shopping and dining for all styles and tastes. For the more energetic there is surfing, boating, para sailing, pier fishing, deep sea fishing and beach combing 5th Avenue and Third street shopping are a short drive away as are two outlet malls and another retail store mall. For the more adventurous the Everglades are a short distance away
