2 bedrooms, 1 bath, sleeps 6

LOCATION, LOCATION,LOCATION One block off ocean front of main resort area. Virginia Beach has the largest beach on the East coast. All amenities within walking distance, and some off street parking. All the things you need, plus cable and high speed wireless Internet. Charming with great comfort features! Saturday to Saturday Check in 3pm, check out 10am.We are the closest house to the boardwalk and the two best entertainment stages 31 & 24 st, but the only resident on the beach side of a dead end street. Where guests can have privacy, but be close to the group, beach, and places to go in the resort. We are just a few minutes from the beach, just one block. We are located just off Pacific. We have decks, grills, landscaped yard, and all the beach stuff. There is a laundry room is the basement, just off the kitchen. If you have any questions now or during your stay, you talk to the owner, not a property manager. No pets.

House parties are absolutely prohibited and occupancy is limited to 6 adults/children. Misrepresentation as to who is renting the property, loud parties, or exceeding the occupancy limit will result in guest being asked to immediately vacate the property without refund and loss of deposit. Our units are smoke and pet free. We hope that everyone understands that we try to keep the units in tip top and clean so everyone can enjoy their time with us. Virgina Beach now has the largest beach and newest board walk on the East Coast. Colonial Williamsburg and Bush Gardens are less than one hour driving. We are located in the central part of the resort area close to the boardwalk concerts, fireworks, Virginia Aquarium (Best on the East coast), rollerblading, deep sea fishing, Ocean Breeze Family Park and golf. Its been 400 years please come and celebrate, learn and see how it all got started before the Plymouth Rock. Visit Jamestown. We are the closest house to the boardwalk and the two best entertainment stages 31 & 24 st, but the only resident on the beachside of a dead end street. Where guests can have privacy, but be close to the group, beach, and places to go in the resort. Our house is located at 304 27th 23451. We are just a few minutes from everything.

Sanctuary in a great location!

This is a wonderful place of refuge - you can choose to stay in and relax with all the comforts of home - or be out and about amidst all the activity of Virginia Beach. Having the ocean so close, yet be located off the beaten track was really nice. I was able to go back and forth to see my new grandchild and come to a home away from home for the evenings. Truly a lovely place to stay! I would recommend to friends.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: Thank you for the nice review. The grandbaby due date was not the rental week, so we kept moving the days, lucky I had opening in one of my three units in May. We try to be flexible when things change.

Wonderful Stay

We stayed at this location while attending the AAU Junior Olympic Track & Field Nationals. It was within walking distance to the beach, the unit had awesome beach equipment available for us to use during our stay, the unit itself was quite charming, and the owners were wonderful! I would recommend this unit for anyone looking for a charming stay close to the beach...we would definitely stay again!
Owner's Response: We were glad to help out the track team, our location worked out well for their events around the area. We try to provide so of the beach stuff, to save from buying or carrying extra stuff. Thanks for the nice review.

Loved all the bike trails

Nice Location

Nice location, close to everything. We basically parked in front of the house and walked everywhere. Enjoyed the porch,clean, nice yard. Great place! Highly recommeded.

Vacation with four young sons was a huge success

We really enjoyed our stay for the week. Plenty of space for our family of six. The boys loved the beach, enjoyed the attractions, and even liked playing in the back yard. The availabilty of the beach umbrellas and other gear was very helpful. Thanks for helping our first beach vacation with four young sons a huge success.
