Come enjoy this new, spacious 2 story, A-frame chalet in Big Bass Lake, a private gated community in the Poconos. We are renting weekly, weekends and holidays.
Start your morning off with a cup of coffee on our huge front deck, which spans the full front of the house or take a short stroll down to the lake for a day of fishing, a canoe ride or just to soak up some sun on one of our 2 beaches.
This pocono getaway sleeps 8 adults and features 3 bedrooms, 2 full sized baths, a full kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer, 2 story family room and dining room, a screened-in porch, central air and heat, gas fireplace, wireless internet access, digital cable, 2 televisions and DVD players, ceiling fans and a pull-out sleeper sofa.
The home is a short walk to the marina, where you can use our private canoe and is a short drive to the outdoor and indoor heated swimming pools, clubhouse, tennis courts, as well as ice skating ring, ski slope and snow tubing hill in the winter. We are also a half hour drive to the major Pocono ski areas. These include Camelback, Jack Frost and Big Boulder, Elk Mountain, Shawnee and a host of other ski resorts. We are also close to Pocono Raceway, Tannersville Outlet and many other attractions of the Pocono Mountains.
Big Bass Lake is a gated community, which has many year round amenities including a brand new million dollar clubhouse with snack bars and game rooms, 4 tennis courts, a basketball court, horseshoes, bocce ball, 2 beaches, ski slope, tubing hill, indoor and outdoor pools, as well as fishing on any of our 3 lakes.
Smoking is not allowed in the house, however, there is an attached screened-in porch with a table and chairs for your enjoyment.
All renters must be of 21 years or older.(we reserve the right to ask for I.D.)
Visa and Paypal are accepted, however a $25.00 charge will be assessed in addition for using these services to cover the charges we get from Visa and Paypal.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
**We can no longer accept rentals less than 1 week in advance due to Big Bass Lake policy**
*Check-in is at 3 pm and Check-out is at 10:30 am.
*Weekend times are flexible.
*Weeks are rented Saturday to Saturday.
*Renter must bring their own linens and towels. Pillows and comforters provided. All beds are queen size.
*Weeks are considered held when payment and signed lease are received by owner.
*Canoe season starts 5/25 and ends 10/5/13
