  • Payment is due in full 45-60 days prior to arrival. Payment is accepted by check, money order, or major credit card. Arizona sales tax is included.

    To secure your reservation of a week or more, a deposit of $500 is due at the time you make your reservation. Provided no charges have been incurred for excess cleaning, or property damage, the security deposits will be returned in full, approximately one week after your departure.

    The home is professionally cleaned before and after your arrival. A non-refundable cleaning deposit of $150 is required for all rentals. Additional housekeeping/cleaning is available at the rate of $125 per day and must be requested at the time of booking.

    Cancellation Policy: If you cancel fewer than 45-60 days before your arrival date, no monies will be refunded unless a replacement booking is obtained. No refunds for delayed arrivals or early departures

Vacation at Troon North Casita

My wife and I had a wonderful time in Scottsdale. The casita was clean, friendly, comfortable, cozy. All electrical devices worked. The Troon clubhouse has great food. The view was exceptional. This is a great place to stay.
It has been 2 weeks since we stayed there. I am still waiting for my security deposit refund. I'm sure it will be along soon. Les and Gail.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing
