The villa is part of a small, quiet, exclusive development, about a 10 minutes walk to 'Cala Morisca' and the beach Playa Canyelles (only about 1000 metres). Restaurants, supermarkets, the marina 'Club Nautico' and tennis facilities are within a short distance. - The villa (main floor) has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen (fully equipped), living/dining-room with satellite tv, large sofa bed in seperate room, several terraces. - This villa is the ideal accommodation for a nice beach holiday at the 'Costa Brava.

Additional information about rental rates

  • When this bungalow is rented, a deposit payment of 50% is required. Booking will only be confirmed when the deposit payment has been received. The rest of the rent is due upon arrival. Upon arrival, a security bail of 500 Euros is required which will be returned on the day of departure if the villa has been properly vacated. The rent is reserved exclusively for the people named on the confirmation and no other persons whatsoever are permitted to stay there unless this has been agreed with me in writing. You must vacate the property during the morning on the day of departure (until 10.00 a.m.) to enable cleaning and preparation to be completed prior to the arrival of new guests. The bungalow is ready for your occupancy after 10.00 a.m. until 10.00 p.m.

The bungalow 'Casa Magda' is located at 'Playa Canyelles', in a quiet housing area, called 'Urbanizacion Solterra' about 3 km north of all year round resort 'Lloret de Mar' and 5 km south of historic 'Tossa de Mar'. Supermarkets, Restaurants are within a short walking distance; excellent large supermarkets are just 5 minutes away by car in Lloret de Mar or Tossa de Mar. - Lloret de Mar is located in about 3 km distance from the bungalow and caters for all ages. Lloret has all kinds of activities like Waterworld, Go-Karting, boat trips, Marineworld etc. Nearby 'Blanes' and 'Tossa de Mar' are attractive traditional resorts with pleasant promenades, beaches and restaurants. - Historical 'Girona' is situated in just about 35 km distance from the bungalow. The capital of Catalonia Barcelona is reached within an hour by car, train or bus.
