THREE MINUTE WALK TO BEACH, BEAUTIFUL WHITE SANDY BEACH ,KAILUA, OAHU 96734

Private and quiet get-away. Far from the hustle and bustle of the big city.

Just a three minute walk (200 yards) across the street to the most beautiful beach in the world. Sit on the beach and daydream, watch the clouds roll by, see the glistening palm trees sway, or read a good book or walk the beautiful white sand beach,. Nothing is more relaxing than to sit on the beach in the evening and watch the moon come out of the water between the Mokolua Islands.

Walk or drive to Quaint Kailua Town to shop in all our cute stores. Restaurant's galore. Buzz's, Assagio's, Baci,California Pizza, Saigon Noodle, Mui Kai,and Whole Foods, many more . Best food in the world can be found in Hawaii. We love to eat. Thursdays get fresh fruit and veggies at the Open Market behind the Fire Station between 9AM-10AM only, don't be late. One hour only. Then behind Longs on Thursday evening at 5-7 PM we have another Open Market with wonderful food to eat, fresh produce and beautiful flowers of the Islands. Another Open Market has opened on Saturdays at the Kailua Elementary school. See all of Kailua's friendly people interacting.

We have two golf coarses in Kailua, Mid Pac,and Luaana Hills, one also in Waimanalo and two in Kaneohe, Bay View and Pali golf course. Come and have a great time and Relax............SLOW DOWN TO A SNAILS PACE.....

Perfect for couples!

I am incredibly late on writing this review but better late then never!
We stayed here on January 7th through the 16th. The place is very clean, spacious (even for a studio), and the bed was very comfortable. We were in and out of the room quite often, the beach is a short walk from the rental. It was perfect for my boyfriend and I, we would leave every morning and walk down the beach to Kailua beach and Kalapawai Market to eat breakfast. There's a nice tv, for evenings when we didn't go out it was nice to lay back and watch some cable. Though there is an amazing pool in their back yard we never utilized it since the ocean was so close and we bought boogie boards:) I would give Kircher's 5 stars if there was a stove, but we ate out a lot anyway and there is a bbq grill in their yard also! If your a couple and want to be close to the beach I would definitely pick this place to stay. We were even allowed to stay late on our check out day because no one was checking in, so we played on the beach and used the shower before it was time to head to the airport! I would stay here again!

We had a great week at the cottage in December, very much enjoyed our stay in Kailua. The cottage, pool and beach access descriptions are accurate - easy to get to the gorgeous beach. If you don't want to drive, the walking distance to town is about 15-20 minutes.The owners are very thoughtful and respectful for privacy and still very available if there are any questions. They definitely want to make sure you have a wonderful stay, we certainly did. Thanks again for sharing the cottage with us.

Excellent Location and Value

My wife, 8 month old daughter and I stayed at here over the Christmas holidays. This place is equipped with everything you need including cooking utensils, towels, and beach equipment (chairs, mats, umbrellas, etc.). Lois even provided a pack and play and blankets for our baby. The cottage is located across the street from Kalama beach park, part of Kailua beach, which is considered to be one of America's finest beaches. Obama happened to be in Kailua at the same time and we noticed some of his security staff around where he was staying. We had a car so we were able to go into Honolulu often, which is only a 20 minute drive. We were always able to park next to the property on the street. Lois was very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants to stay in a well-equipped cottage in a quiet area near a world-class beach.

Good Atmosphere.

The place made me refresh. I enjoyed clean pool and beautiful yard.
I went to the beach to see sunrise one day. It was so nice!
Very easy to reach the beach, so I woke up at 5:55 AM then I was there at 6AM!
Ms.Lois and her hasbund are also nice. Very kind and homely. I've got many precious memories.
I hope I'll be back again. Thank you very much.

My husband and I stayed for a week over Thanksgiving. We were impressed how clean, sweet, quiet and friendly the place was. I recommend it and will return back anytime. It was really nice to have beach chairs, cooler, full size refrigerator, internet and a barbeque available. Do you like huli, huli chicken? Make sure you get up every morning before sunset and stumble to the beach with coffee in hand....
