Fabulous Fall Foliage in Vermont is beautifu from our spacious deck on our private, wooded lot. Our lovely, comfortable home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, spacious living area and a well-equipped kitchen. Our home is in an excellent location near the Clubhouse, tennis courts and two of Vermont's finest golf courses!! The new Clubhouse features an indoor pool, fitness center, squash, bar and restaurant. Options abound: golf, tennis, hiking, biking, swimming, shopping in nearby Woodstock. Just two hours from Boston. We have provided a wide variety of books, games, DVDs and videos for guests of all ages.

Our property is located in the exclusive Quechee Lakes development. As a guest you will have access to all club activities in the newly renovated, beautiful clubhouse (some for an additional fee). Amenities include the following: -Excellent family skiing at the Quechee Ski Hill (you can walk to the top from our home) -Two championship golf courses, one of which was rated the top golf course in Vermont by Golf Digest! -Clay tennis courts -Swimming in one indoor and two outdoor heated pools, fitness center, game room with pool tables, air hockey and Foosball, basketball court, hot air balloon rides available in Quechee, Excellent cross country skiing, sledding, skating, hiking. -Lovely bar and restaurant for delicious, reasonably priced dining.

Visit Sugarbush Farm (Did we mention it is free?) to sample Vermont cheese and world-famous maple syrup. Enjoy a scenic, easy walk, and the petting zoo. Try a kid-friendly hike up Mt. Tom or watch the glass blowers create masterpieces at Simon Pearce. See if you can find the rope swing over the Ottaquechee River for a refreshing swim. Other local activities include the Billings Farm and Museum, a working dairy farm and living museum of Vermont's rural past, VINS, and the Montshire Museum of Science in Norwich. Cozy and charming. We loved sitting on the deck and listening to the birds.
Great location near the top of the ski hill AND clubhouse.

A Great House

My husband and I stayed here with our two small children. It was the perfect house, very comfortable, plenty of room for the 4 of us, and the kids each got their own room (which was critical for our difficult sleepers!). It was very close to the Quechee Lakes amenities and Route 4, so it made the perfect home-base for our vacation plans. My kids especially loved the stairs and overlooking loft!

Great ski weekend!

We had two families, each with two children for a long weekend and this home was perfect! There were loads of games and movies for them too. The kids had a great time at the ski school at the Quechee ski hill and stomping around in the big back yard.

The house was sparkling clean and charming. Beds were comfortable and 3 levels of living space afforded privacy.

I would definitely recommend this property to a friend.

Very warm and Cozy

The property is clean and well maintained. It is close to many activities and in a nice quiet setting. The place is somewhat cramped for anything more than a small family and cannot be used for entertaining. The owner is very nice and I would recommend it to a small family. Very economical.
