Wonderful Carlsbad Beach Casita

Our time at this Beach Casita was really great. The rental was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The renters have a great check-in system and the keyless locks were a plus for our family. The two block walk to the beach was easy enough and within walking distance of great restaurants and shops. We highly recommend it and will visit again!

Great family vacation

We rented this lovely condo for almost a month. I loved the windows, high ceilings, and overall warm decor. First our parents stayed there with our 3-year-old and then we enjoyed a week off. It was great for our daughter who spend a lot of time outside on the beach, in the yard and on the balcony. Everything was readily availaibe. I could not believe how responsive and warm our lanlords were, they even accompdated our request for a a hand-held shower. Location is wonderful - literally 5 min walk to the beach and nearby Village. Restaurants are plentiful for any taste and Coaster train station is a few blocks away. For those w/kids, enjoy the Legoland and the farmer's market. Our only minor concern was the noise on the street at night and early morning coming from the trains and trash trucks. But after a day on the beach, even that did not wake us up too often.

Homey condo in great location

I thoroughly enjoyed my month in Carlsbad in this little casita. It was equipped with everything I needed, near all the necessities and luxuries and, best of all, a block from the lovely Carlsbad beach with its mile walkway. Almost every day was bright blue skies and comfortable temperatures. The owners were great and very cooperative.

For those who want luxurious digs, I wouldn't recommend it but for a homey clean family type of lodging, this place was just right.

Getaway to the beach

The cottage was cozy, clean, and well maintained. Owner communicated well and helped us get in as soon as possible on check in day. Would rent again in a heartbeat; the location is perfect if you want the beach, shops, restaurants, bars, and cute downtown exploring.

There is train noise but it is softened by the blinds. It didn't keep us awake and seemed quaint versus loud or annoying.

A very clean, superbly located vacation spot. After exhausting searches, we landed on this condo because of the new remodel and value pricing.We loved the beach and the location allowed us to walk everywhere. It was so nice not to have to drive everyday! Terrific restaraunts and nightlife just blocks away and that beach.......Carlsbad is awesome and we will be back next year.
