Proprietor, Sir Dr Russell Betts ('Russ') lived & worked most of his professional life in Asia, the South Pacific & Europe, addressing through non-governmental agencies issues of social, economic, & political change. His partner, Noel Bennett, lived most of her life in the Southwest. She is an abstract artist.
